Our History
Dr Sára Mosolygó graduated as a Spanish language teacher from the Faculty of Humanities of ELTE in 2000, and as a law graduate from the Faculty of Law PPKE in 2002.She worked as a trainee lawyer between 2002-2006, and in 2006 she was a legal translator for the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
In 2006, she founded the law office of Dr. Sára Mosolygó after passing the bar exam. She works in three languages: Spanish, English and Hungarian. She also works as a partner lawyer, combining her experience in different fields to best serve her clients.

Our clients are informed in advance about the exact amount of the legal fees and the expected costs.
Depending on the nature of the case, we offer fixed-fee, fixed-percentage-of-case-value and individual-fee services. For companies and entrepreneurs, we also offer a flat-rate monthly contract.

Indicative fees for typical cases:
Legal advice fee, depending on the type of case from HUF 30.000 + VAT/hour
Company foundation or change registration from HUF 80.000 + VAT
Real estate sales contract: 0.5% of the value of the case, but min. HUF 100.000 HUF +VAT
Family law matters, representation in litigation from HUF 30.000 +VAT/hour
